Interview process was fantastic, organized, and quick. They genuinely care about the company values and who they are hiring. It is apparent in the questions the ask and the answers that are given.

The interview slot was booked for one hour, but the interview only lasted 20 minutes. I got a rundown of the position, but not very many details. Besides the fact that I would be driving a flatbed delivering vehicles purchased by their customers after a two week training on the truck. There was a mention of two schedules available. The recruiter mentioned that they were not picky, and that they were looking to hire a few people before weeks end. The person interviewing me was very pleasant, but I don’t feel the interview had enough information for me to understand the role fully.

I applied via Indeed and was sent an email to set up an interview with a recruiter. This was after I interviewed for a management position they contacted me for and then did not extend an offer. Both times the recruiter will size you up with the usuals questions…name a time when you experienced a challenge at work. How do you resolve the situation? As long as you can tell a clear story that’s to the point you’ll be fine. They’re another one of those companies that’s big on the culture fit…supposedly. I interviewed for the customer service job thinking it would pay enough to get by on and move up over the next year. The woman who interviewed me was really nice…no pressure and laid back. I read reviews about the location and all employees for the same position said it was a churn and burn process and people hated the environment. I would recommend reading the reviews from people who work at the location you’re applying for. If you think they’re ok then apply. I was extremely overqualified so should have looked at reviews first. If I had I wouldn’t have waisted my time. Not worth the effort at all and I’m glad I wasn’t selected since I would have quit quickly.
