I found the job posted on Indeed.com and found Carvana to be extremely fascinating. So I applied online on a Thursday night and got an email on the following Monday morning asking to have a phone call screening. Had the phone screen on Friday, went into the office for an in-person interview the following Tuesday. Had 1 more phone interview the next Friday. They are hiring so many new people and need help fast so they wasted no time with my interview process which I appreciated.
