It was a casual interview process, with a very chill space. It was really nice at first. Both the Microbiologist and the Chemistry Lab Manager were present to interview. It was a casual place to have a chat, and it was more of a conversation than an interview. They said they will get back to you in around 2 weeks, but if they don't like you, they will ghost you. Not even an "unfortunately" email, just silent.
