J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez CARET
Entretien
Was approached by outside recruiter. Connected to hiring manager fairly quickly, single online interview and was straight and to the point. Common background to manager, lots of comparative notes, good rapport, knowledgable exchange of information.
The Recruitment Manager reached out to me directly. She was very thorough and although I was not actively looking, she excited me about the opportunity. Sales process, what I sell, consultative va transactional.

Entretien
Recruiter was super. Interview 1 was with a sales manager. Very direct, very informative and painted a comprehensive picture of expectations for an AE. Interview 2 with VP. Continued to build interest, asked really insightful questions and felt like someone Id like to work for. Interview 3 w "interim" CRO. Couldnt answer the simplest of sales or structure questions, was scattered and uninformed. Spent quite a bit of time trying to justify his role with "Trust me. I know what Im doing." *By experience, when someone takes the recurring effort to say "they know what they are doing", usually means they have no idea what they are doing. Five minutes into the 3rd interview with CRO, I decided this company wasnt for me and I politely ended the call.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Interview 1 (sales manager): How do you feel about cold/ warm outreach to prospective customers? Interview 2 (VP): Consistent follow up is required to build customers. How do you organize your CRM? Interview 3 (interim CRO): Appears youve interviewed with a few others here. Im the one who makes the final decision. Believe me. {no substantive questions}
