Unprofessional process .2 Rounds ,Technical followed by interview . Writing test is about general questions and ratio analysis . Some questions in written test are irrelevant and not related to job .
Interview process is biased and it takes too much time . So many accounting questions and accounting treatments were asked which was not relevant. Randomly HR people also questions in between technical interview . They did not asked any question about JD given .

I had applied for one of the opportunity posted on LinkedIn for the post of Rating Analyst.
There was HR discussion then 15 days later written test then 15 days later panel interview for around 30 minutes
After was conducted the result was not communicated to me and was told to wait for 15 days then again 15 days. After the follow up I was told to my surprise that there is no recruitment process going on and that there was no position available to begin with.
The entire approach seems highly unprofessional and unfair. After investing this kind of time there should be basic courtesy of a response irrespective of result but that was not the case

At first there was an online test followed up by a personal interview which was purely technical relating to the work experience and the role offered. The whole process took around 2+ weeks.
