Went through a recruiter. Should have known it wasn't a good fit when the person who interviewed me was 15 minutes late, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. We interviewed for almost 30 minutes, the vibe seemed good, we got along and even talked about regular life. Got the call back from the recruiter and was told I didn't see interested in the job and I didn't ask enough questions. I asked questions about the company and job as well as her experience. She had long answers so I don't know what else I could have done. Sometimes there's always an underlying issue and that's pretty much how I feel. How do we get along and then you come back with that sort of feedback? Movers strange.

If you are being hired as an administrative assistant, you get the pleasure of meeting our not so great office manager first. Then if she likes you (if you know Spanish and rub her ego), she will have you come back for a second interview with the CEO or President who are pretty straight forward about the culture of the company.
