I applied online, then got a call for interview , they hired me verbally and now waiting for written job letter, the process was smooth and easy. They asked about my consistency and performance and also how would I deal with people.
They ask about your availability, they want to know you as a person and how you treat others along with how you interact. They want to know how you are able to problem solve and be engaged with sales and the brand
