Interviewing with CAI was definitely a positive experience. The process took about 2 months, but along the way every person I met with was sure to tell me about the realities of working as a Validation Engineer. They made sure I knew that the travel for the job could be hard. I met with 4 seperate people and overall would say it was a positive experience. I always made sure to take notes just so I could remember all of the information they gave me afterwards.

Total of three rounds. First being a standard screening call followed by a technical and then behavioral interview. All were very straightforward and easy to schedule. The technical interview is a lot of going over your past experiences and how they may align with the role and the behavioral one consisted of the typical questions you would expect.
