The interview process consisted of five rounds in total:
HR Screening Call – A standard introductory conversation to understand my background and interest in the role.
Technical Round with the COO – Easily one of the toughest interviews I’ve ever experienced. The questions were deep, practical, and tested my subject-matter expertise under pressure.
Culture Fit Interview – Conducted by the People Team. It focused on behavioral scenarios, values alignment, and collaboration style.
Interview with Head of People – A deeper dive into leadership principles, team-building philosophy, and handling ambiguity.
Final Round with the CEO – A high-level discussion on vision, alignment with company goals, and strategic thinking.
Overall Impression:
The process was rigorous and thoughtfully designed. Each round had a clear purpose, and by the end, I felt like they truly wanted to assess not just skills but long-term fit. If you're preparing, be ready for detailed technical discussions and values-based questions, especially from the leadership team.
