It's a slow interview process. They reached out to schedule a phone call with a recruiter 4 weeks after the application. Before the 2nd interview, wanted to complete some documentation and no response at all.

First they described the role then went into questions. They asked me a few generic questions and then allowed me time to ask my own questions. The interview wrapped up after about 30 minutes
