I was called in for an interview after giving them my CV at an on-campus recruiting event. The interview, involving an engineering manager and a human resources person, was 30 % traditional interview questions, 20% hypotheticals (planning, etc.) and 50 % technical questions : C programming, boolean logic, electricity. Consider studying a bit if your major is not software/electrical.

Hypothetical : On a busy night shift, you load a working program onto a simulator and find that it doesn't run as it should. What do you do?
I had one interview with technical manager and someone else from HR. the technical question were to the point and clear then HR asked some HR question but only a few of them.

Fairly straightforward. The interviewer described a bit more about the company and the role, asked questions about my experience/projects, some other general stuff, and if I had any questions.

Standard technical interview process. Spoke to a recruiter over the phone and then I went in to Montreal location for interview in person. The people interviewing me were courteous and understand the fact that I was nervous.
