The interview was 1 on 1. There are 3 main steps in the interview,
First, they ask you about yourself, then situational questions and then technical.
The interview takes about 1h, prepare for some hard questions. There isn't necessary a good answer, but this shows the way you deal with the challenges. Overall it's pretty straight forward.
I had one interview with technical manager and someone else from HR. the technical question were to the point and clear then HR asked some HR question but only a few of them.

Fairly straightforward. The interviewer described a bit more about the company and the role, asked questions about my experience/projects, some other general stuff, and if I had any questions.

Standard technical interview process. Spoke to a recruiter over the phone and then I went in to Montreal location for interview in person. The people interviewing me were courteous and understand the fact that I was nervous.
