The interview process was very thorough and straightforward. I first had an initial phone screening, then 2 of their managers came down from New York to Pennsylvania to conduct a physical in-depth interview. The interview was phenomenal in that they provide a wealth of information and help you relax so they can really get to know you. The last step was a trip to their corporate headquarters in Syracuse to meet with their senior management and also give a sales presentation. The corporate culture was unbelievable. As a recently separated veteran with a degree and white collar experience, the job search process is extremely taxing and frustrating. Most companies deliberately lie or mislead you as to the actual job descriptions and benefits. CADimensions is the exact opposite. They are rated number 1 for customer satisfaction by their clients for a reason, and they are still growing. I have not been formally offered a position yet, although I am confident and hopeful. Wilber, the head of HR, is possibly the most professional and reassuring hiring manager I have ever met. He even arranged for my trip, reimbursing for travel and setting up a hotel room for me at no expense. I spilled a cup of water before my presentation, and thought I was cooked, but no harm no foul. I was in no way solicited to leave this review and I am not an employee. I want people who may be in a similar situations to know that this company is legitimate and I would consider myself privileged to work for them.
