They had a panel interview with the project manager and a part-time consultant. The interview went well. However, the recruiter reached out and said they were not interested. Then, a few weeks later the recruiter reached out again and asked if there was still interest in the position. Then, the recruiter reopened the position.

I was interviewed to fill a current opportunity. The team lead was very knowledgeable and had specific skills that he was looking for. The team lead was cordial and friendly. I knew their team from a previous project.
