The interview process itself was pretty simple. I met with upper management and they were there to outline client expectations. I was asked how I could meet their needs and how my qualifications applied. This in person interview was after my initial phone interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. The last interview I speak of was with the executive director of the contract.
