Quick informal phone interview with tech director. Basic get to know you type questions, and clearly communicated how the stages would work. Interviewer was friendly and answered all questions as well as asking meaningful and useful questions rather than wasting time

During the phone screening, they explained the responsibilities of the role, the type of projects I would be working on, and described the company’s work culture. They also asked whether I felt comfortable with the expectations and if the position aligned with my interests and career goals.

First interview is simple, asking about background, etc., I made it through to the next round, which is a coding interview, but it got canceled on the day of. No follow-up emails or communication after.
