CACI attended my college career fair and when the doors opened, I was the first one at their booth (showing interest). I struck up a conversation with a recruiter and we talked about my classwork, extra-curriculars, and interests for about 10 minutes. He asked if I wanted to interview the next day. Interviewed the next day (lasted 15 minutes) and they pretty much hinted that I had gotten the job. Got a call 3 days later with their decision.
