I went to a job fair and went around to all the company's tables there. CACI was near to the last table I visited. I told them about myself and what I was interested in doing. They looked over my resume and one of the gentlemen said Oh you know HTML? Yes I said! They put me in touch with a contract manager they knew who was looking for someone. I had an interview with that person and they offered me a job, nearly on the spot. I think it was a day or two later I got a job offer letter. I accepted, easy as that.
