Upon arriving, candidates were not informed in advance that the interview would be conducted as a group session. It would have been appreciated if this had been communicated beforehand so applicants could prepare accordingly. The group interview was followed by individual interviews for each candidate. Additionally, the recruiter's demeanor was notably unwelcoming, which made for an uncomfortable experience from the start. A more professional and approachable attitude would significantly improve the candidate experience.
