Standard HR interview followed a few days later by a "technical" interview. Questions were very vague considering the specific targeted nature of this position, noted that it does not appear that CA Technologies really knows what they expect out of this role. When I was asked specific, direct questions, they were centered around an internal code base and development architecture that I, as a non-CA employee, am not familiar with. It is very difficult to answer "how-would-you" questions about a black-box platform over the phone in 30 minutes with no point of reference. No follow-up in-person Interview scheduled.
