I attended a massive job fair where 100+ candidates applied for positions. Be enthusiastic. Ask smart questions. If you pass the initial screening by HR reps and hiring managers, you should have a decent chance. Be prepared and confident for technical questions by hiring managers who know the technology during interview. Also, it helps to be friendly, courteous and professional.

There were 5 rounds of interviews ending with a HR interview.
Level of questions asked increased during each round but still the questions were of moderate level

Reached out buy recruiter and was invited to video call. Failed to organize video call two times and I offered facetoface meeting. Meeting was nice but technical questions was too deep.
