Interviewed with several people over two months. More than once had to wait 30-45 minutes wait between interviewers arriving to continue the process. Questions were not hard. Spent a lot of time talking about themselves.

I applied on the company website, I was contacted by the recruiter for an initial screening. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The following week I had THREE interviews - program manager and two project managers from the team. Two weeks later I followed up with the recruiter and he said they were still making a decision. Since then I have not heard back from anyone at CA. Not even an email letting me know someone else was chosen for the position.

I had two phone interviews and one on-site interview. The phone interviews were the basic phone screen and then a call with the hiring manager (VP). On-site I interviewed with several people, all who were very nice and professional.

1:1, 4 rounds of interview. all in one day. People who interviewed were very intelligent and sharp. I knew I want to join the team as soon as the interview started.
