The process was Quick and smooth. They are transparent in there review. They are keen to understand your knowledge about the role and skills you can offer. A strong grip on basics highly recommended. Also look for person with great communication skills and attributes to stay confident. If cleared, roll out the compensation and offer letter really soon.
