Interview was extremely easy, I didn't have a phone interview or anything. Just went right in and interviewed with the manager. I received an offer immediately after the "interview" and signed the contract papers on the spot as well. Although I did receive an employee referral, I have seen other people get hired who were not introduced by an employee, in the same process that I went through. The manager was very kind, and she seemed very genuine, looking for someone who is not only a hard worker but someone with a good personality.
