Fairly standard, but was interviewed by two people rather than just the regional director. So I had to impress not just one, but two people. However, it went very well. After filling out their new employee paperwork, both asked a bunch of questions like: what do I currently do? How long can I work there for? (I think they expect that you stay a min. of 2 years).
They were very impressed that I could speak more than two languages, one being korean-- that will be a great advantage for you. Fluency?-- extra points.

Super casual interview with district manager. The total interview lasted about 30 minutes. Pretty typical questions - experience, behavioral. This was 6-7 years ago- was very seamless and was offered the job on the spot.

After applying for the position through an online site, I was finally contacted 2 months after the initial application was submitted. The interview was scheduled for a Sat, which was fine since the job has Sat hours. The interview was maybe 30 minutes and was more focused on C2 and how I could help them rather than what I had done and what my experience was. Not an issue for me, since I've been in B2B outside sales for 6+ years but be prepared if you are not adept at business conversations. At the conclusion, I was told there would be another interview next month and I have yet to hear back. in a month since the 1st interview.. Not sure if that's due to them not liking me or their unprofessionalism in not having any real follow up as it took over 2 months for me to hear anything from them to begin with. I would have figured driving out to an interview at least warranted a call back or email update on the status of the application.
At this time and based on other reviews, I'm not really sure I would consider this opportunity, even if they did eventually get back to me. Its now been over 4 months since I first applied. Too bad, I was excited about this possibility. I figured this was a nice fit for both parties, I was a teacher for 3 years before moving into the business sector for past 15 years. Not to mention my wife is a teacher in the school district the facility was in.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Mainly along the lines of What can you do for C2 or Where do you see yourself in 5 years with C2?
The initial interview is with the Head of Human Capital. It's pretty straightforward as they just want to get a feel for who you are and why you are applying. Next will be an interview with the district manager and provides you more detail about the position and where you might be working. The final interview is with one of the executives at HQ. The interviews aren't very difficult as long as you know how to act professionally and just answer honestly.
