      J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez C-HIT (Columbia, MD) en févr. 2021

      Entretien

      I was contacted by a Recruiter for a phone screen. We did a phone screen and then I completed the assessment. Later that day, the Recruiter call me back by mistake asking for someone else. About two weeks later, I received an email from the recruiter asking me if I completed the assessment, and I thought to myself, "I've already responded to this question two weeks ago," but anyway, I just stated "yes." A few days later the HR Director called me and stated that he would love to chat with me further. We had a thorough conversation and he invited me to interview with the team. The next day, the Recruiter emailed me asking for references. I provided them immediately and received no response. I reached out again two days later, and the Recruiter asked me "Do you mind if I call your references." Bewildered, I stated "No, I don't mind." I was confused. Isn't this the reason why references are requested? I sent both the Recruiter a thank you email and never heard from either of them again. This was an extremely unprofessional experience and a complete waste of time.
