very sketchy/included having to download a messenger app and then the hiring manager asked questions that were irrelevant and wanted me to address him a certain way that didn't seem professional

Laid back, apparently I applied to 2 different positions through a temp agency. I sat with two people in two different groups -- one to enter invoices, and another to enter insurance information. The interview was at 9 AM, and by the time I got home 30 minutes after the end of the interview, I was offered the position to enter invoices.
