J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez C.H. Robinson (Savannah, GA)
Entretien
I was called by a C.H.R. recruiter, went through a phone interview on the spot, and then was submitted for an online assessment to make sure I was the Type A personality they screen for. I came in for an interview in 2003 and it has changed since then I'm sure. I was interviewed by the branch manager and then sat with a few key individuals in the office to get a gameplan of if I could "handle" this type of position.

Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
