First phone interview with HR rep to discuss my back ground. Oh my where do I begin? The fact that I had to send an email to remind the HR person I was on google hangouts waiting for her? The fact that this woman was unbelievably arrogant uninterested? Or the fact that this was a video interview and she was so busy taking notes she mostly forgot there was a camera in front of her or finally her avoidance at all costs to discuss how many seller hit quota by telling me there was no quota and that sellers " had to close 2-3 deals per month and they were paid a percentage of total sales? Really?? No revenue goal for new business? So there is no line item in the budget for revenue increase? Surely the company wants to grow right? "hey sellers go sell something. good luck" is not a strategy. When I pressed on this and overall compensation she became very agitated and continually reminded me that we were almost out of time. I now know why I have never come up against C-4 in my day to day activity. Founders Michael Weiss and Justin Cook, I would take a long look at this person who conducted this interview. WOW. I am pretty sure she is not the representation you want at your company.
