Technical / Role-Specific Round
In this stage, candidates are assessed on job-related skills. For a BDE role, this may include sales knowledge, product understanding, lead generation strategies, and communication ability.
Managerial / Final Interview
This round is conducted by senior management or team leaders. It focuses on problem-solving ability, real-life scenarios, target handling, and cultural fit within the company.
Assessment / Practical Task (if applicable)
Some companies may include tasks like product pitch, case studies, or role-play (especially for sales roles).
HR Discussion & Offer
The final step includes salary negotiation, discussion of joining date, and issuance of the offer letter.
