The first round is a phone call from HR, asking whether are you looking for a position and they have an opening. The HR said she found my profile in their talent pool and think I am a good match. The second round interview is conducted online and there is only one interviewer at round 2 interview. She asked most role-related technical questions, situational questions but also one a bit peculiar question.
