Went through a series of interviews with 4 people and the entire process took almost 2 mos. The recruiter wasn't forthcoming with where I was in their interview process and didn't get back to me for more than 1 month so I accepted an offer from another employer. I was already working for 2 mos in my new company before TikTok got back to me with a job offer, explaining they had to finalize the head count of the team first.
