Entretien
I got reached out by a recruiter because my resume was in their system for a different position I had applied for. The interview process was conducted in 3 stages. The first one was a call screening with the recruiter. Then moved on with the 2 user interviews. The whole process was smooth and all parties involved gave a crystal clear on to day to day work basis of this position. Unfortunately, after the final interview and asking for a follow-up, I was not what they were looking for.
The interviewers were kind, encouraging, and supportive during the interview process.

Entretien
The interviewer was rude and says unnecessary feedbacks. They also didn't speak English very well so it was hard to understand them sometimes. The questions are all behavioral and situational.

the proecess is like: online assessment-tech interview-tech interview-tech interview-HR call
The progress is pushed rapidly, the whole process takes about 2 weeks. But the Cv review is a little bit slow

Interviews were scheduled within two weeks, recruiter is quite friendly and help to push for shorter timeline due to competing offer.
