Only made it to the second round. First round was with the recruiter, general questions. Second round was with a US engineer, kube questions related to your experience in particular. For mine it was mainly around istio and traffic routing within the cluster. A quick leetcode round was also done at this point, just a generic leetcode medium The next round was a Sys design round which was done in Mandarin. This was something that I was not prepared for because system design is usually a bidirectional street,and I think that having both the interviewer and the candidate be conversing in a language that they are both comfortable in is fairly important. A total of three rounds, excluding the last round with HR. First round is coding, second and third rounds were about linux knowledge and fleet management. Coding round was more like log parsing and processing rather than Leetcode-like questions.
