One of the worst interview experiences!
HR got in touch with me via text to tell me I was shortlisted, and that was the only mode of communication used with this person who was primarily a coordinator - emails were sent only to confirm interview schedule, everything else was via text.
Throughout my interaction with HR, communication was vague and often with missing information and I constantly needed to pose follow-up questions - more often than not, responses were delayed.
Most of the time, I was requested to either do interviews on weekends or weekdays post 6pm. It speaks volume about the worklife balance (lack of!) in the company, and I was not at all impressed by the calibre of the interviewers.
I withdrew myself from the process as we moved into the advanced stages. While I was interested in the company and product, the people I met through the process and how the candidate experience was, was so telling of the company culture.
