we didnt understood on which basis they selected candidates . when we entered bynry the gave use 15 min introduction speech , then they gave us test which includes 2 pattern print , 1 case study , and they asked us to mail the answers . after sumitting they didn't even checked the subbmissions and which a minute of submission called 3 students and told them that they are shortlisted .. I think the hiring manager need to be more skilled in hiring developers
