Process starts with a 30 min screening call with recruiter and then there's a 1 hour interview with hiring manager (they also invited a member of the team & an external consultant).
Interview consisted of a mix of technical and functional NetSuite questions. Time was not well managed in the interview as we ran out of time. Questions were often wordy and unclear. Significantly more than was spent on the technical portion than what the recruiter led me to expect.
The external consultant was the primary interviewer and asked leading questions looking for one solution. If your answer was not exactly how he would do it then they were not content with it (even if it was a valid alternative).
We ran out of time and hiring manager scheduled an additional 30 minutes with me. This 30 minutes was spent discussing Bynder as a whole (hierarchy, what Bynder does, job position) and was not even an interview. I was removed from the process about an hour after this follow-up.
I'm not sure why they even bothered scheduling it with me as they could have decided to remove me from the process following the first interview. It was a waste of their time and mine.
