I applied by filling out an online application form consisting of your education/work history and a few questions other questions. The next step was the completion of a numerical, verbal and logical reasoning test - about 15 mins each. I was then invited to an interview at their office in London, where I met a manager of the team I was applying for and a person from HR. The interview format was positive and allowed me to highlight why I'd be great for the firm. The interviewers themselves made me feel extremely welcome. I was accepted onto the next stage but subsequently withdrew from the process due to receiving another offer elsewhere, however I have no doubts that Buzzacott would be a great place to work.

The first interview was a relatively straight forward, friendly discussion with a member of HR and a manager from the department to which I applied. We spoke of my past experiences and how they could be beneficial to the role. The interviewers were also keen to outline the benefits of working at Buzzacott. Before the second interview with a Partner I completed a relatively simple assessment, testing problem solving and maths. The second interview itself was a very friendly conversation.
