I interviewed for the Project manager position at Buyerlink (American Fork, Utah) over a two-month period, completing 7 rounds including HR screening, Senior Manager, a 60-minute technical assessment, Director, VP (in-person), SVP, and CTO interviews. While I appreciated the opportunity to engage with multiple team members and learn about the company, the process was lengthy and intensive, and the eventual rejection was communicated via a brief email with no feedback.
