I interviewed onsite with 3 recruiters. They asked redundant questions. They all seemed to believe I am overqualified. My question to them is: Do they not believe they deserve such an employee? I spoke with Matt via phone. He as well as the recruiters spent a lot of time trying to convince me that their company is going to grow and expand immensely, despite no supporting evidence. It was almost as if they were trying to convince themselves. They ghosted me but when I emailed asking about my status, they said they were pursuing a candidate with more experience (despite the fact that I had 3 years of direct exec. admin experience.) I do not believe this company will succeed because it is insecure and does not have a clear vision; the management their seems to think they've "Already made it" even though they are a tiny startup that no one has ever heard of. I do not recommend applying to this company.

I applied to this job on a LinkedIn posting. I was contacted via email from the Recruiter asking about my interest in the job. The Recruiter then scheduled a call with me. After that I had a call with the person I would be assisting, and then an in-person interview was scheduled in New York. After the interview I had one last call with an employee who worked at a different location than New York. I was offered the job over the phone a couple of days after that final call.
