Extremely long process, 4 months of back-and-forth interviewing and a business case over skype at the end. All steps were pretty easy up until the very last stage which had the business case.

The first interview was quite long and in-depth, covering my experience, responsibilities, and how I would handle different situations. The final interview was much shorter and focused mainly on practical matters with the managers, including salary, contract conditions, and general expectations for the role.
