Two rounds of group interviews. Everyone there came through the same recruitment agency. First round there was 10 of us and we were put into pairs for debates and to role play certain scenarios. The second round there was only 6 of us and it was more a training style, taking 3 hours. There was 4 of us hired in the end.

First a group interview - which are a waste of time - with about 15 people and then a one on one informal interview to see if they like you. Talk hobbies, jokes, politics and they will like you.
