I had a phone interview first with an HR person then did a working interview in the closest location to me. On the phone they did a standard interview then I went to the closest location to me for a working interview. During the working interview they showed me the type of job I would be doing and asked me more questions about my experience and my medical knowledge about animals. I received my offer by the end of that day over the phone and was emailed an offer letter for the position by the end of the next business day.
