Standard interview process: phone screener first, in-person interview the following week, and had an offer by the end of the week. No curveballs - very frank discussion of the role and whether it is a good fit. Come prepared with details of your prior work, but don't expect anything out of left field.
They asked strange questions and mostly associates that interview you in pairs. They generally seemed like frat guys and sorority girls. Proud to work there. New space is very nice. Fun location. Basic midsize Pittsburgh firm.

Spoke on the phone with director of recruiting to briefly discuss experience and schedule interview with hiring partner. Interview was very informal and conversational. Discussion of job and duties, my experience, and potential fit.
