The final decision felt quite heavily weighted on a personality type test conducted online at the end of the process. The delivery of the feedback was a little cold from the leader and felt more aligned to what the test had spit out about my personality traits, than my actual skill set and team fit. Founders were pleasant and you could see the passion for the brand they had built.
