Relatively casual. I sat down with the VP of Operations and we basically had more of a conversation rather than an interview. It was an enjoyable experience. Since this would be my first experience in the industry, we did not discuss many industry-specific topics. Some topics of discussion were classes taken so far, previous employers, and general topics such as work habits and interests.
