Initial posting was for Senior Project Manager, I am not qualified for that level, Job Captain position was posted later and I was hired, after six weeks of waiting.

I don't recall any difficult or unexpected questions. In retrospect that should have been a red flag that they were trying to fill seats to get a temporary surge of work completed.
