Learning to make burgers, with instruction initially. Stressful to operate independently in later stages. Lack of guidance when coworkers are busy. Felt helpless and eventually chose to leave. Summary: Speed of learning required, adapting to fast-paced work environment. Individuals may not be able to adapt to this type of work. Suggestion: Consider your own learning ability and adaptability. Understand the job content and training support clearly during the interview. Ensure there is adequate guidance and support.
