J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Burger King (Hollywood, FL) en mai 2013
Entretien
I came in at 7:30 am to apply bright and early I spoke with one of the managers and she told me too fill out and application online and give her a call. I filled it out promptly after I got home and gave her a call but she never answered. I left a voice mail as well. Finally she called back and said to retake it so she could have me interviewed. I did as she said but never heard back from her. Finally the regional manager called and scheduled me for an interview 4 weeks later. I got the job but whenever the store manager called me to come in she said to come back. Finally I worked two 8-hour days and the manager left before giving me a schedule or fingerprinting me and when I called her to get a schedule she never responded. I spoke to corporate but was never compensated.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Simple interview. Usual questions(strengths and weakness, placement preferences. etc)
The interview process was very quick and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The hiring manager was very kind and just asked behavioral questions. "How do you work in a team"? "Why do you want to work here". Stuff like that
Long and boring. I met all of their requirements but they wouldn’t hire me. The interviewer was fake nice. But aleast she offered me a drink. I interviewed with them 4 times, all denied.
The Burger King cashier interview is usually straightforward and focused on customer service skills, reliability, and teamwork. Interviewers often ask why you want to work at Burger King, how you would handle a busy shift, and how you deal with difficult customers. They may also check your availability and comfort with tasks like handling cash, taking orders, and keeping the workspace clean. Overall, the process is short and conversational, aiming to see if you can provide friendly service, stay calm under pressure, and fit well into a fast-paced team environment.
