Interview process was easy. I applied at the Girard, OH store. I applied online and was called for an in person interview 48 hours later. Had in person interview with assistant manager (I think) and the interview process took all of about 15 minutes. Was given a medium cup so I can have a drink during the interview. I went in dressed semi-formal and had long hair and a full beard. Was offered a position on the spot at the end of the interview. Was told to check my email in the following hour for some forms to be filled out as well as to scan and email some documents to management. Filled out online information and emailed documents to management and in a week had corporate finish my background check. Training tomorrow and the rest of this week with assistant store manager.

After an online application, I was contacted through a phone call and got invited for an in-person interview. The interview was very simple and I was essentially given the chance to schedule with them when I want to sign the contract and start.
